Is there really no credit card required?
Correct. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you create an account. No payment info collected. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or let it expire — no surprise charges.
What counts as an 'active project'?
Any project not in Archived or Cancelled status counts toward your active project limit. You can archive completed jobs at any time to free up capacity.
Can I add crew members beyond my plan limit?
Yes. Crew seats beyond your plan's included count are available at $9 per crew member per month, billed alongside your plan.
Does the mobile app cost extra?
No. The iOS and Android apps are included on all plans at no additional charge.
How does QuickBooks sync work?
Connect once via OAuth in your account settings. MoveKore pushes finalized invoices — base contract plus all signed change orders — to QuickBooks Online with one click.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What's included in Safety Logs?
Safety Logs on Professional and above include six log types: toolbox talks, near misses, incidents, hazard observations, equipment inspections, and PPE checks. Each incident can be flagged as OSHA 300-recordable. Open followups are tracked and surfaced in your dashboard until resolved.
