Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoveKore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including account owners, administrators, project managers, and crew members.

2. Description of Service

MoveKore is a cloud-based project management platform for commercial moving companies. The service includes web application access, mobile application access (iOS and Android), client and subcontractor portal access via tokenized links, and integrations with third-party services (QuickBooks Online, Dropbox Sign).

3. Accounts and Organizations

You must create an organization account to use MoveKore. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. MoveKore uses passwordless magic-link authentication — you are responsible for the security of the email addresses used to access the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use MoveKore only for lawful purposes related to managing commercial moving projects. You may not use MoveKore to store, transmit, or process content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data you input into MoveKore, including project records, photos, daily logs, and change orders. MoveKore does not claim ownership over your data. You grant MoveKore a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Subscription and Billing

MoveKore is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Service Availability

MoveKore targets 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. MoveKore is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Dropbox Sign, Expo).

8. Limitation of Liability

MoveKore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. MoveKore's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account owners by email 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
